"BOOM!" Sometimes you just need to paint a volcano. In this piece, I aimed to capture the raw, untamed power of a volcanic eruption against a dark and ominous sky. This piece explores the balance between natural beauty and destructive force, with vivid lava flows, scorched earth textures, and billowing ash clouds illuminated by the volcanic blast. My goal with this was just fun exploration, it is more of a digital sketch, and I was testing out photobashing techniques and trying out a brush pack I downloaded for Procreate.
